Deliveries & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends). During particularly busy times, such as the Christmas period, this may take slightly longer and you can follow the link on your confirmation to keep up to date. We ship orders Monday to Saturday (up to 12:30) from our UK warehouse.


We use Royal Mail, Evri and Parcelforce to ship orders within the UK. 

We aim to ship all orders with 24hrs hours (one working day). Please note that the 1744 crew will be enjoying a well-earned rest and our warehouse will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and Monday 1st January.

We require customer email addresses and mobile numbers to help our shipping partners deliver the best service.

We ship to any country that accepts Parcel Force or DHL Express. 

Your shipping cost includes the cost of EU duties and taxes, which will be managed by our shipping partners. Local charges may still apply please check with your local authorities before ordering.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are based on your shipping address and the size and weight of the items that you are purchasing.

All non UK, orders delivered to an EU country are charged a flat rate for shipping at GBP£15. Orders delivered to USA and Canada are charged a flat rate for shipping at GBP£20. All worldwide orders are charged at a rate of GBP£40.

UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to orders dispatched within the UK. Please be aware that orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract additional import duty or local sales tax that is payable by the customer.


Can I exchange my order for completely different items?

If you are exchanging for items with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you would like to exchange for items with a higher value, you will need to request a refund on the original order and place a new order for the replacement items of higher value. We will refund your original purchase as soon as we receive the goods back.

How long will it take to send out my exchange items?

We aim to process them within 48 hours of being received (Monday – Friday), although it can take longer during busy periods.

Will I be charged tax or import duty on my replacement item?

We mark all replacement shipments as ‘exchange’ or ‘replacement’ with ‘no commercial value’, on the basis taxes would have been paid on the original order. In the unlikely event that your local authority request taxes on the replacement item, we recommend that you dispute these charges with them directly.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 72 hours of receiving the returned items. We will send you a confirmation email to notify you we have refunded your card. Please note – refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, dependent on the card issuer.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
